By using Doodlebug, you agree to the following rules (affectionately known as the Doodlebug Commandments):

Thou shalt not use Doodlebug's image generation service, nor any of its outputs, for any commercial purposes whatsoever—your own or anyone else's. That includes selling, licensing, or monetizing anything generated via our Services.

Thou shalt not use Doodlebug's image generation service, nor any of its outputs, to train, fine-tune, or otherwise enhance any machine learning or AI models.

Thou shalt not access Doodlebug's image generation service, nor any of its image outputs, through bots, scripts, or any kind of automated tool.

Thou shalt not attempt to evade, trick, or bypass any usage restrictions or rate limits we've put in place.

Above all, thou shalt not use Doodlebug's Services to generate or share illegal, explicit, or otherwise offensive content.

We reserve the right to block any user who violates these Terms. We may pursue legal action against individuals who have violated these Terms.

All content generated by users through Doodlebug remains subject to these Terms. We reserve the right to store, analyze, or share outputs, including for research, marketing, and business purposes.

By using the Services, you grant Doodlebug a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and display content generated through your use of the Services.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, these Terms will be updated here on Doodlebug's website. Continued use of the Services after changes go into effect means you agree to the new Terms.
